If you haven't heard of Sombr yet, you're about to. The 21-year-old singer who went from TikTok viral to Grammy-nominated in under a year is bringing his "You Are The Reason Tour" to Minneapolis this fall — and it's worth the drive from North Dakota.

What You Need To Know About Sombr

Sombr (Shane Boose) hit the music scene back in 2021 with the release of his debut single, "Nothing Left to Say." It wasn't until his two songs "Back to Friends" and "Undressed" went viral on TikTok, that his career really took off. Since then, he's gone on to crack the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart, has received an MTV Music Video Award for "Best Alternative Video, has gotten a Grammy nomination for "Best New Artist," and has even caught the attention of global superstar, Taylor Swift. Swift has publicly commented on her love of Sombr's music and songwriting style. She even invited him to her wedding!

Sombr's Minneapolis Stop

Sombr is getting ready to kick off his "You Are The Reason Tour" on July 26th. The tour will be a 37-date run and one of the stops will come right near North Dakota. According to StubHub, Sombr will be performing at Target Center on Sunday, November 1st, 2026.

Target Center is about a six-hour drive from Bismarck and roughly three hours from Fargo — totally doable as a weekend trip. Tickets are available now on StubHub and start at $93. If you're thinking about going, it's worth grabbing them sooner rather than later — his shows have been selling out consistently since his TikTok breakthrough earlier this year.
