Soulja Boy Civic Center Concert Cancelled
The August 15th Soulja Boy concert at the Bismarck Civic Center has been cancelled.
All tickets purchased for this show will be refunded. If you bought them at the Civic Center or any Ticketmaster outlet, take the tickets and your ID back there to get your refund. Anyone who purchased tickets online will automatically be refunded.
