Starbucks Employee Thought Lady’s Name Was What?
You know what they say -- when in Rome, do as the Romans do; when in Hong Kong, get called "Vagina" at a Starbucks.* That must be how that saying goes, because that's exactly what happened to a woman named Virginia who was visiting Hong Kong recently, and she wasn't too happy about it.
The lady's sister posted a picture of the cup on Facebook, and said that it was "UNACCEPTABLE," and that each of her sister's visits to Starbucks were filled with "fear and anticipation." To be fair, so are ours, but that's just because we're worried that the guy sitting next to us will start yapping about his screenplay.
Personally, we'd cherish that cup forever, or until we realized we'd already gotten as many laughs as we were going to get out of it from the picture we posted on Facebook, at which point we would throw it away like the piece of worthless garbage that it is.
Sorry Virginia. If it makes you feel any better, at least your name isn't Enis.
*We're pretty sure that's how that saying goes.
