While we drive to work, we often gaze out our windows to look at trees and other drivers, and occasionally, we get a glimpse of wildlife.

A couple of Mandan residents brought to my attention that while doing just that, they had noticed an antelope seemingly stuck in an unusual place.

If you're driving in this area, keep an eye out for the poor guy.

He's right where that red pin is on the map below.

He was spotted just the other day hanging out with some wild turkeys. Take a look!

The antelope is hanging out by this concrete barrier, next to the interstate.

Here's a zoomed-in look at it.

People who have seen the antelope believe it was left behind when traveling with its herd and is now too scared to cross the roads.

Can you blame him? These are busy roads.

Can We Help Him?

Granted, it is very possible that the antelope is choosing to stay in this area simply because it wants to, but many are asking, "Does it need help?"

The animal has been "stuck" there for several weeks now.

Thoughts?

What do you think? Does this little guy need a helping hand? Have you seen it? What are your thoughts?

Here's a better look at the patch of grass the animal is currently in.

LOOK: Here are the pets banned in each state

Because the regulation of exotic animals is left to states, some organizations, including The Humane Society of the United States, advocate for federal, standardized legislation that would ban owning large cats, bears, primates, and large poisonous snakes as pets.

Read on to see which pets are banned in your home state, as well as across the nation.
