As you've probably heard by now, 'Election' star Reese Witherspoon was arrested on Friday, April 12, after her husband Jim Toth got a DUI and she got mouthy and self-important with law enforcement in a rather Tracy Flick-esque manner. Actress Reese Witherspoon, 37, and her 42-year-old husband, talent agent Jim Toth, apparently kicked off their weekend early: He was arrested for DUI on Friday, April 12. And Reese found herself in handcuffs too -- for running her Oscar-winning mouth at the cops.
