The Breakfast Buffet Circuit in Bismarck-Mandan

One of the things we learned this weekend is the breakfast buffet situation in Bismarck-Mandan on Mother's Day.

Upon having a solid breakfast at the Apple Creek Country Club, it had me thinking, what is the best breakfast buffet in the Bismarck-Mandan area? Apple Creek was great, given the fact that they served prime rib (which is probably only for Mother's day) and a really good bartender pouring some strong Bloody Marys.

Each week, I'm going to do a diners drive-ins and dives to each of those buffets and give a review. But what do you think the best Buffet is in Bismarck-Mandan and what establishments are we missing?
