Last Friday, the June jobs report came out but the site 24/7 Wall Street looked at job growth in the US on a bit of a larger scale.

24/7 Wall Street looked at jobs numbers from April 2011 through April 2016 to determine which cities in each state were adding the most jobs.

For North Dakota, its largest city, Fargo, unsurprisingly has had the most job growth of any other city in the state.

Fargo had a jobs increase of 11.4 percent between April 2011 and April 2016. There were nearly 119,000 jobs in 2011 and in 2016 there were over 132,000 jobs.

The unemployment rate in Fargo as of this past April was just 2.5 percent, among the lowest unemployment rates in the country.

Professional and business services were the industries that contributed most to the job growth.
