West Fargo Woman Booked for Throwing Cats Off Balcony
You have to wonder how people like this are wired, a West Fargo woman was arrested for throwing two cats off a third floor balcony.
According to reports, Angela Kay Watkins, told police the cats were bothering her, so she tossed them off the balcony. Court records indicate, West Fargo Police arrived at a residence on Bluestem Drive, responding to a disturbance on Oct.2nd. When the cops arrived, they spoke to another female who was the daughter of Watkins, who told them, the two were having an argument involving a phone, Watkins (the mother) freaked out and tossed her cats off the balcony.
The two cats, named Max and Lucie did suffer injuries, bleeding from the mouth and the other having an injured leg.
Watkins is charged in Cass County District Court for abuse to animals and drug charges.
