ND’s Newest Vineyard & Winery To Host Ribbon Cutting Ceremony In Williston
Williston, get ready for some sweet sips and fun times, according to the North Dakota Department of Tourism, North Dakota's newest winery and vineyard is holding an official ribbon cutting ceremony near you.
About 202 Brix Winery & Vineyard
Theresa Scully, one of the owners had a dream, a passion for wine and a love of people. With this, she went on to open 202 Brix Winery & Vineyard on a 10-acre parcel in Williams county. She started growing grapes in the land in 2021, and quietly opened this tasting room back in 2024. Now, with the Williston Chamber of Commerce, the business' ribbon cutting ceremony is taking place this weekend, on Friday, July 17th. There will be live music, appetizers, giveaways, and of course, wine.

You can find Brix, which is being hailed as Williston, North Dakota's first winery, in the historic, and newly transformed Ford building at 202 1st Ave E in Williston.
Brix grows a variety of grapes: Sabrivois, La Crescent, Marquette, Petit Pearl, Louise Swenson, Frontenac, Frontenac Blanc, and other fruit varieties such as cherries, juneberries, apples, chokecherries, black currant, and wild plums.
