Would You Buy Unused Food From Bismarck Restaurants?
According to Google, approximately one third of the food produced for human consumption in the world ends up being wasted. That's where Too Good To Go comes in.
Too Good To Go is an app that allows customers to buy unused food from restaurants at a discounted price.
So, all that food that was prepared for the day's buffet that went uneaten? Yeh, it won't end up in a landfill. People will actually have the opportunity to buy it, limiting the amount of food that is potentially wasted.
What's also great about the Too Good To Go app is that it not only allows you to purchase unused food, but you can also donate meals to others. How awesome is that?
The Too Good To Go app recently launched in five different British cities, including London, as is expected to arrive in the United States very soon, according to Mental Floss.
You can find out more via the app's official Facebook page HERE.
