18-Year-Old Accused Of Shooting Up The Bakken

KFYR-TV is reporting Gage Cox was arrested on several charges including conspiracy to commit criminal mischief.

Cox is accused of stealing a gun from a parked car and taking that gun and going on a shooting spree, firing at a home and a car, then according to the report, Cox broke into a Williston apartment.

He is also charged with firing the gun at an oil well site outside of Williston.

According to police reports, Cox stole an AR-15 from a truck in Williston, took shots at a power box and two storage tanks at Statoil.

Others were charged with other crimes stemming from the incident including Cody Percoski and Hunter Hammond.

Should not be a surprise, according to Cox's Facebook page, states he studied at Harvard and 'smoke a blunt', appropriate for 420 day.
