Annual Event Gives FREE Clothes to BisMan Kids in Need

It is August and EVERYBODY knows what that means... it is officially back-to-school season! The countdown is on for the first day of school, and everyone is beginning to prepare. There are school supply lists to fulfill, new schedules to begin adjusting to, and trendy new clothes to be bought!

While we are thinking about all the things we need to do to kick-off the new school year, it is important to remember that there are kids that need help. That is why Plato's Closet, Youth Works, and Hot 97-5 have teamed up for the "We've Got You Covered" event.

What is Youth Works - "We've Got You Covered" event?

"We've Got You Covered" is an annual event that helps kids and families in need be confident and prepared for the upcoming school year. Because of this event, local kids are able to go back to school "with dignity and style." Middle and high schoolers will be provided with free gently used clothes.

Youth Works does a lot for at-risk and in-need kids in the community. The organization's mission is: "Helping homeless, runaway, trafficked and struggling youth throughout North Dakota." And the annual "We've Got You Covered" event typically serves 1,000 youth and their families. "We've Got You Covered" will also have a meal and music from Hot 97-5!
