Arkansas Woman Allegedly Stole $144 in Eye Shadow

Brandy Allen, 31, has been accused of stealing $144 worth of eye shadow from a Fayetteville, Arkansas Ulta cosmetics store. 

And she took the time to plan, too, police say.

Fox 59 and KX News report that Allen entered the store with another woman, who began asking a lot of questions of the employees in an effort to distract them while Allen lifted handfuls of the makeup and stuffed them in to her purse.

Police were called, and Allen was confronted when they arrived at the scene.

When asked to display the contents of her purse, Allen attempted to damage the product to make it appear used.

When her deception failed, Allen became angry, launching in to a profanity-heavy tirade.

Allen was arrested and charged with shoplifting and disorderly conduct, and her bail was set at $830.
