Aviation 101 for Bismarck Youth

An aviation class will be available for youth Monday, Dec. 30 thanks to the Burleigh County Extension/4-H Office.

Local youth ages eight and older are invited to attend the free class. Aviation 101 runs from 1 – 4 p.m. at the Bismarck Aero Center.

The class is designed to give children a taste of possible career opportunities in aviation and the type of adventures that can be had. The class will provide numerous activities including:

• Aviation Basics
• Learning about the interior of an airplane
• Flight simulator competitions

Those interested must pre-register by Dec. 20. To do so parents should call the Burleigh Country Extension Office at 701-221-6865.
