How Did One Birthday Cake Photo Become an Internet Sensation?
Knowing the story behind this cake makes it just a wee bit sweeter.
Lisa Aldrich ordered a cake at a supermarket in Gaines Township, Mich. that was supposed to say "Happy Birthday Mandy" on it. Easy enough, right?
Well, that's exactly what the cake read, but it's how it looked that is making news.
Aldrich's warm reaction has caught fire. Her Facebook post has been shared more than 110,000 times, which may make the girl who wrote on the cake even happier.
