The Bismarck High girls basketball team avenged their recent loss to Century with a win in the West Region Championship Game, by a score of 64-61.

The Demons were led by McKenzie Kiefer, who put in 17 points, and Keisha Englehard, who scored eight of her 12 points in the second half. Macy Lynch led the Patriots with 21 points.

Both teams are headed to the State Championship Tournament in Minot. They'll be joined by Jamestown and Minot, who both won their state qualifier games on Saturday at the Bismarck Civic Center.

The State Championship Tournament begins on Thursday in Minot.
