Coachella Headlining Gig Forces Ariana Grande to Postpone MN Show
Ariana Grande has postponed some of the dates from her North American Sweetener Tour now that she's been tapped as the headliner for Coachella. One of those postponed dates is her show in St. Paul, MN.
The new date for Ariana Grande's show at Excel Energy Center in St. Paul, MN has been moved to July 8th. Her website also confirms the new show as well. The show was changed from the initially scheduled date of April 17th, which would've fallen in the middle of her two headlining shows at Coachella that are set for April 14th and 21st.
Ariana Grande was called on as a last-minute replacement for Kanye West in the headlining spot at Coachella. West backed out of the festival due to the fact that the Coachella Music Festival would not build him a gigantic dome for his performance. Festival organizers said had they built the structure, it would've been disruptive to others in attendance.
All tickets for the initial concert date on April 17th will be honored for the newly rescheduled July 8th show. Full refunds will be available for those who cannot attend the July 8th show at point of purchase.
