Commemorative Wine Bottles for NDSU’s FCS Championship are Available
One company is selling wine in bottles that commemorate NDSU's 2017 FCS Championship win over James Madison.
Mano's Wine, a wine distributor in Kansas City, MO custom makes bottles of wine for teams at the professional and collegiate levels from all over. You can order them online and have them shipped to your door. I happen to come across an ad for 'NDSU's 2017 National Championship' today on Facebook and could only help but be intrigued.
The bottle(s) of wine that commemorate NDSU's championship and victory over James Madison can be found right on their website. There are five different bottles to select from showing not only the team logo, but also commemorating the championship victory. The wine in each bottle is a Cabernet Sauvignon and is described as such:
...barreled for 15 months in a combination of French and American Oak, shows soft tannins, ripe cassis, chocolate and berry flavors. These flavors create a medium bodied, dry red with a smooth finish that is sure to leave your palate pleased.
The NDSU bottles of wine to select from are priced at $45.95 and $49.95 between all five.
If you'd like to have a bottle of a different team, there's plenty of others to search for on their site. Here's one example:
They also do 'state designs' as well as 'holidays & occasions.'
Who knew you could have your own commemorative bottle(s) of wine of your favorite schools and professional teams? They would certainly make for nice gifts for future reference.
