According to Delish.com, Guy Fieri is partnering on a relief fund to give $500 to laid off restaurant workers. Guy Fieri is partnering with The National Restaurant Association Education Foundation to help benefit restaurant workers who have lost their job due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The TV host is leading a fundraising drive where 100 percent of the money raised will benefit workers who have lost their jobs. Starting on April 2, 2020 restaurant workers in need can apply online for a one time $500 check to use towards living essentials. The grants will be offered to those eligible on a first come first serve basis. The eligibility requirements include working on a part time or full time basis for at least the last 90 days, having the restaurant industry as a primary source of income for the last year, and experiencing a decrease in wages or loss on or after March 10, 2020.

According to Fox6now.com, Miller officials annouce a $1 million donation to help bartenders out of work due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The donation was made to USBG (United States Bartenders Guild) National Charity Foundation’s Bartender Emergency Assistance program. USBGNCF officials shared this message, “We are raising funds for our COVID-19 Relief Campaign in order to bolster our Bartender Emergency Assistance Program for the influx of applications we know is coming. We are here to help those in our industry most in need, and we ask you to "help us serve those who serve you."
