Driver Wanted After Bakken Crash That Killed Three
On July 30, 2014, three men in Williston, one from North Dakota, got into a car for the last time. And now, the woman who caused the crash that killed all three may face prison time.
The crash occurred when Kayla Ciha, 20, a preschool worker originally of Tuscon, Arizona, attempted to pass in a no passing zone. The three victims were men from North Dakota, Michigan and Idaho; two other men were injured in the accident.
An arrest warrant is active for Ciha, who will face three counts of negligent homicide, a felony, and aggravated reckless driving, a misdemeanor. If convicted, she could be looking at up to 16 years behind bars.
No info on an attorney for Ciha could be found, nor could telephone listings in either Tuscon or Williston.
