You are under 21, school is almost out and you are wondering what you are going to do tonight? HOT 975 and Nightstorm entertainment will take over the Bismarck Civic Center Exhibit Hall from 8pm-11pm tonight! Tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the door, you must have ID to get in. You have to be between high school freshmen- 20 years old.
