Stage Stop Saloon & Grill is Closed

A popular bar and grill in Mandan is closed until further notice. I tried clicking on their website for further information, and it appears that it has shut down too. I checked their Facebook page, and the following post was posted a couple of hours ago.

In case you are not familiar with Stage Stop Saloon & Grill, they are located at 611 6th Avenue Southeast in Mandan. I know for our listeners, it was a popular pregame stop before you headed to concerts at Prairie Knights Casino and Resort.

Stage Stop Saloon & Grill was also a popular bingo destination, and they had really good food as well.

Closed for Good?

That is the million-dollar question. According to our sources, the owner of Stage Stop Saloon and Grill, Luke Clausen, has sold the business. So, that would be entirely up to the new owners. No announcement has been made at this point. The new owners could be getting set to reopen, remodel, and rebrand, or maybe go in a completely different direction than a bar and grill. We just don't know for sure at this point.

Bottom Line

You hate to speculate at this point, because it could go in several different directions. We sure feel for any of the Stage Stop Saloon and Grill's employees affected by this closure, and we do truly hope it's temporary. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed.
