Kelly Clarkson Hints at New Album in Early 2015

Get ready, Kelly Clarkson fans, because it seems like she's ready to put out new music soon!

In a series of tweets on Friday, Sept. 16, Clarkson hinted that her next album is being prepped for an early 2015 release.

She first piqued fans' interests when she posted a mysterious tweet: "The high road can be a lonely place but I'd rather talk to my shadow than a mirage."

Fans were wondering if she was feeling a bit melancholy, but she assured them in the next tweet that it was actually a lyric from an upcoming song. "Okay haha my last tweet was referring 2 a song that's going on my next album. Things r great n my world! The song is about the high road"

Next album? Yes, it's for real, according to Clarkson who responded to a fan, "Yes.I'm so proud of my next album!Might have a special guest on the album ....maybe :) Doesn't come out until early next year."

We can't wait to hear what she has in store for us. Ever since the release of 2011's 'Stronger,' Clarkson has only put out a Christmas album ('Wrapped in Red') and a compilation of greatest hits in 2012.
