It's not every day we see bars and other major businesses listed for sale in Bismarck-Mandan, but today that is the case.

You might be surprised to hear this, but one of Mandan's oldest bars has just been listed for sale.

The bar has been operating for more than 34 years. I'm sure you've visited it a time or two. If you're looking for an opportunity to run your own business in the heart of Mandan, this might be something you want to look into.

According to a post from Oaktree Realtors on Facebook, the Lonesome Dove is now for sale.

I remember the first time I visited this bar. It was so cool to see all of the people out on the dance floor. In the evening hours, when the live music stars, the place is electric. It was a cool experience.

You can find the property at 3929 Memorial Hwy It is listed at $2.2 million. It is a 20,679 square foot building with 2 acres of additional building space.

The post boasts the Dove as being one of Mandan's most highly visible commercial locations, with exposure to more than 16,000 vehicles daily.
