The Montana Grizzlies couldn't pull off a second win of the season over North Dakota State Saturday, December 5th, losing to the Bison 37-6 at the FargoDome.

The Grizzlies shocked the football world at the beginning of the season, upsetting the Bison in Montana. They couldn't duplicate that victory, though, as NDSU rolled into the third round of the FCS playoffs.

NDSU started the scoring early, after freshman quarterback Easton Stick ran 49-yards for the first Bison touchdown of the game. They never looked back.

Stick was able to throw for 66 yards, but it was the Bison defense that really led the way. Both CJ Smith and Jalen Allison had interceptions that were returned for touchdowns.

Bruce Anderson also returned a kickoff for a touchdown to help the Bison to their second round victory.

NDSU will next face the winner of Portland State and the University of Northern Iowa. That game will take place next weekend at the FargoDome.
