Are you ready for some more good news in 2021? A new, highly anticipated, local bar and restaurant is celebrating their grand opening on Friday (January 15)! The new 21-and-over hotspot is located in the old Starving Rooster location - 512 E Main Ave, Bismarck. Check out Jimmy V's for the bar and restaurant's unique Old School meets New School atmosphere, drinks, and food.

Jimmy V's is the brainchild of co-owners John Lengowski, Derek Thomas, and Steven Nardello. After about two years of planning, their restaurant dream has become reality for the three. The new bar and restaurant will be open for business six days a week - Monday through Saturday.
