New US Jerseys Turns Players into Field Full of Popsicles
In a friendly match last night against Mexico, the United States Men's National Team debuted their new jerseys for the upcoming World Cup.
The jerseys, made my famed manufacturer Nike, are the latest of changes to the team in preparation for the upcoming World Cup in Brazil later this year.
It's not clear what inspired the new jersey design, but one can only assume the creative department ran out of ideas. In running up against a deadline, one of the creative team gained inspiration from their daughter, who was running around eating a Bomb Pop.
The new Popsicle inspired jerseys are on sale on the US Soccer website, retailing for $150 each.
