The source says these gangs pose a serious threat to North Dakota residents if left unaddressed.

Have you ever wondered which cities have the most gang activity in North Dakota? If so, we have the answer. You might assume the majority of the gang activity occurs in our biggest cities, and you would be right with that assumption.

The source says, Minot, Grand Forks, Bismarck, and Fargo are where most of it happens. That's not to say it doesn't happen in our smaller North Dakota communities, but rather, that these areas are where it is most rampant.
