For the third straight presidential election, it looks at if North Dakota is primed to break its own record once again.

By Monday morning in North Dakota, according to a report by The Bismarck Tribune, nearly 122,000 people had voted early. This number is most certain to pass the 130,000 early votes in the 2012 general election, when the count comes in before Tuesday morning. In 2008, North Dakota came up about 10,000 votes short of the 2012 record.

It's been indicated that 13,000 absentee and mail-in ballots are not turned in as of yet. The final number of early voters will be determined later tonight, as early voting in North Dakota ends Monday evening.
