When I got off work Friday evening, I decided to take a little drive to downtown Bismarck. I had time to kill, so I wanted to scope out some new, fun restaurants and bars to try. I was driving on Main Avenue when a little marquee caught my attention - The Dakota Stage Theater is putting on a New Year's Dinner and a Show on New Year's Eve.
How fun would a night out like this be? Whether you're looking for a date-night or family fun, this event will be one you don't want to miss. New Year's Dinner and a Show: Doug MacCraw Hypnotist/Comedian and Anima Cucina has a little something for everyone.
The main event starts at 10:30 PM, December 31 and ends at 12:00 AM, New Year's Day. This is for those of you looking for a date night. Dakota Stage Ltd. is offering a couple's package for dinner and a show. As a couple you can get a three-course meal at Anima Cucina, followed by a performance from hypnotist and comedian, Doug MacCraw at Dakota Stage Ltd. The night will end perfectly with a champagne toast to ring in the New Year.
If all of the "wining and dining" isn't for you or you want to go to the show solo, there are options for single tickets or couple's tickets without the meal option. If you happen to be spending the evening with the kids, there is a family-friendly version of the comedy/hypnotist show, which takes place at 8:00 PM.
