Paparazzo Rear-ends Justin Bieber

The traffic woes just keep on coming for the Prince of Pop.

Bieber was driving his Ferrari in West Hollywood when a paparazzo began following him in a Prius.

Using a tactic that is questionable at best, the singer made an attempt to throw the photog off by slamming on his breaks.

Predictably, the Prius collided with the back of Justin's Ferrari, resulting in a "scratch on the... bumper," Music-News.com reports.

An investigation in to who is at fault is ongoing.
