Rain and Slick Streets Made for Many Accidents During the Lunch Hour Today (6/14)

A morning of rain showers made it for difficult driving though the streets of Bismarck- Mandan this morning. (6/14)

Several accidents were being reported during the lunch hour and causing traffic back-up and some closures.

The 18 wheeler accident  caused a back up of traffic on I94 east over the river on the bridge. That accident caused another two vehicle accident on the same highway, but slightly West of the 18 wheeler accident.

The on ramp from Main Street to I94 had to be closed for a while as crews cleaned up the accident off the bridge.

Several minor fender benders were reported throughout the city this morning.
