Record Setting Temperatures in Bismarck This Morning
According to the National Weather Service in Bismarck, a new record low temperature has been set for the city and several other North Dakota locations for this date.
This morning, the National Weather Service in Bismarck recorded a temperature of 2 degrees above zero. This broke a 39-year old record low temperature of 3 degrees on April 6th, 1979.
As you can see, Williston, Minot, and Dickinson each set record low temperatures for this date as well.
The forecasted high temperature for today is 19 degrees. The forecasted high temperatures for the weekend aren't above the freezing point either at 27 and 28 degrees on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
Snow is also in the forecast for late Saturday night and expected to continue through the daytime hours on Sunday into Sunday night. The NWS is predicting at least 4 inches of snow accumulation and possibly more.
