
A Brand-New Food Truck Just Hit Bismarck—Locals Are Already Obsessed
The Downtowners Street Fair, BisMarket, and the Food Truck Fest, residents of Bismarck-Mandan love a good food truck event. Well, it looks like Bismarck's food truck scene just got a new addition.
Be on the lookout for something spicy. The 'Tacos Up Mexican Taqueria' food truck is now officially operating in North Dakota.
There isn't a lot of information out just yet about the food truck, but from what we gather, the truck specializes in authentic tacos and Mexican eats. People who have already given it a try are posting to Facebook with raving reviews.
Looking at the menu, they offer things like street tacos, street pizzas, and even street nachos.
As a person who absolutely loves Mexican food, I am pretty excited. As of now, according to the business's Instagram post, the taco truck is parked up at The Depot in downtown Bismarck, a convenient spot for so many of us who work downtown.
North Dakotans love food. Now we have a new dining option in downtown Bismarck.
