According to the National Weather Service, the Bismarck-Mandan region is looking at potential snowfall accumulations of anywhere from 4 to 7 inches throughout the duration of the Winter Storm Warning.

Dangerously cold wind chills are also in the forecast for the upcoming week as well.

The pattern of snowfall forecasted for Bismarck-Mandan is set to run along a stretch of I-94 from Beach through Dickinson, Bismarck and Steele.

Blowing snow may create snow drifts making traveling hazardous throughout the region as well with winds expected to range between 20 and 30 mph. Wind chills may fall as low as -35 below zero.
