The Least Expensive Home For Sale In North Dakota Is Actually Pretty Sweet

Sometimes we do it just for fun; we look and see what homes are for sale in North Dakota. While it's always exciting to look at all the beautiful mansions, it can also be inspiring to look at some of the less expensive homes too.

While I was perusing Realtor.com, I found the least expensive house for sale right now in North Dakota. Honestly, it's not bad at all.

In Harvey, North Dakota there is a house listed at $8,900. Yeah, you read that right, it's under ten grand!!! WOW.

604 S Briggs Ave

This 1930 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a basement.

In the listing it does say that the purchaser may need to tear it down and build a new home on the property, but let's see if that's really necessary.

Welp, there you go! Does it need work? -- Absolutely. Could it be salvaged? -- Well, I'm no expert, but I'd like to be optimistic and hopeful, so let's go with YES.

A Fixer Upper?

I don't know about you, but I've been watching a bunch of home remodeling shows on HGTV, so seeing a project like this get me excited and thinking about its potential.

As a matter of fact, this sale is listed as "Pending" right now, so it looks like someone else also sees some potential and isn't afraid of the task at hand.

I also looked at the year this home was built and holy cow.. 1882. This thing has really held up well over the years. Credit where credit is due.
