The North Dakota National Guard's 1st Battalion, 188th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, who spent nearly a year contributing to Operation Noble Eagle in the Washington, D.C., area, will return to Grand Forks and then in Bismarck.

The chartered flight to Grand Forks will land at Grand Forks International Airport first and off load the guardsmen from the Grand Forks area before flying to Bismarck to offload the Soldiers at the North Dakota National Guard's Army Aviation Support Facility. The first flight is scheduled to arrive in Grand Forks at approximately 1:05 and in Bismarck at 2:30.

This is a chartered flight and may very well land early in Bismarck so the public is asked to arrive 30 minutes early. If you are attending the welcome, you are advised to turn into the complex at the Huey helicopter display on Airway Ave. Soldiers will guide vehicles into parking areas.

WELCOME HOME AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!
