Rescue workers say the 174 dogs seized from a rural North Dakota man earlier this summer are now available for adoption.

Authorities confiscated the dogs from breeder Darcy Smith, of Wheatland, in July after reports they were being kept in poor condition. Smith has decided not to seek to regain custody.

If you're interested in adopting one of these pups, click here (4 Luv of Dog/Fargo); be advised that the process can take up to ten days.
