There is such a thing in the world as a Cheetos-themed restaurant and we need it here now.

Cheetos are one of the greatest snacks of all time. They're cheesy, they're crunchy, they're delicious! Now there's a new Cheetos pop-up restaurant that is opening up in New York City, and now that it exists, we need it here in North Dakota. Better yet, in Bismarck.

The new Cheetos restaurant will be known as The Spotted Cheetah. Clever move to name it after the mascot, Chester Cheetah. The pop-up restaurant will only be open for three days in New York, August 15-17. However, should the pop-up restaurant turn a substantial profit (why wouldn't it), more will follow.

Anne Burrell, from the Food Network, created the menu for The Spotted Cheetah and used Cheetos in every menu item. The menu will include the following items ranging from $8 to $22:

  • Cheetos Meatballs
  • Cheetos Grilled Cheese
  • Flamin' Hot Cheetos Chicken Tacos
  • Cheetos Crusted Cheesecake
  • Cheetos Crusted Fried Pickles
  • Flamin' Hot and White Cheddar Mac 'n' Cheetos

Those are just a few select dishes featured in the full menu for the cheesy snack-themed restaurant. The Spotted Cheetah began taking reservations on Tuesday of this week and there's already a waitlist due to customer demand.

Should this pop-up restaurant succeed, let's get one here in North Dakota. We talk about restaurants we need in Bismarck from time-to-time and this another one to add to the list.
