The chef you love to hate, and hate to love, took to Facebook today to answer some important questions to help you build an amazing Thanksgiving dinner.

Gordon Ramsay is probably most famous for scream profanities at other chef's on both "Hell's Kitchen" and "Kitchen Nightmares." He's also the lovable mentor that helps potential young cooks realize their talent on "Masterchef Junior."

Here, he's lakeside in Chelan, WA answering questions about Thanksgiving dinner that were submitted on Facebook and Instagram. He's got some really good pieces of advice.
