Did Someone Catch a UFO on Tape in Fargo? [VIDEO]

According to a video that surfaced on YouTube yesterday (Oct. 6th), a UFO was spotted in Fargo recently.

The video, uploaded by YouTube user couchpotatotheatre, shows approximately two minutes of footage. Most of the footage is just of, what looks like, a World War II siren. However, at about the 1:21 mark, an unidentified flying object does pass behind the siren.

Is it a UFO? Does this confirm extraterrestrial life? Probably not, considering the YouTube user that uploaded the video has also uploaded videos of the Chupacabra, real-life mermaids, and a leprechaun.

But, I guess we can never be too sure. So, what do you think?
