Fargo Police are asking for the publics assistance in finding a person of interest in the NDSU sexual assault case from last week. UPDATE-- Man turns himself into Fargo Police, Sunday morning. (12/28)

Authorities interviewed Stanley Joe Busche Friday afternoon. He was released that night. Since his released, Busche has made comments to his family about possibly hurting himself. Authorities admit he may have access to weapons and police think he is a danger to himself.

Busche was questioned over an armed sexual assault near the NDSU Campus, in which three women were ordered to take off their clothes at knifepoint.

Sexual Assault Incident Update:

An arrest warrant for Mr. Stanley Busche was issued this afternoon in reference to the December 20th Sexual Assault incident.  The warrant includes the following charges: 1 count of Gross Sexual Imposition, 2 counts of Attempted Gross Sexual Imposition and 1 count of Terrorizing.

Mr. Busche has not yet been located and we continue to ask for help from the public.

He was driving a maroon colored 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix SE 2 door coupe with North Dakota license number ESN183.   He is believed to be suicidal and may have access to weapons.  If you have information related to his location please contact law enforcement immediately.
