Black Friday ended up being a nightmare Friday for a Best Buy store in Minnesota

Yesterday was the day for shoppers all across the country to get out and fight the crowds and get the best deal possible on whatever they were looking for. Black Friday has become a greater tradition than Thanksgiving. For one store in Minnesota, their worst nightmare happened. It's a trend that seems to be happening a lot lately.

Every business does its best to make sure they are protected with security measures

Almost every major store or business has security measures set up to protect itself from theft. Cameras are strategically set up everywhere to catch potential shoplifters. The Best Buy store in Minnesota learned the frightening way that they were basically helpless to the crimes committed yesterday. Hopefully, incidents like this can be looked at and there will be ways to prevent this at other businesses.

20-30 suspects rushed in like a flood and stole items at will

Last night at a busy shopping mall in Burnsville, just south of Minneapolis, a group gathered. According to foxnews.com "A flash mob of 20 to 30 suspected looters struck a Best Buy electronics store in Minnesota on Black Friday and managed to get away before police arrived, according to a report" No reports of any injuries from store employees and other customers. Also mentioned was that no weapons were believed to have been used, just their feet and hands. The scary thing is, robberies like this seem to be a trend lately. "Major retailers in cities and metro areas across the U.S. have seen numerous flash mob-style robberies in recent weeks" foxnews.com added.

The burning question: How do you protect your store from a flood of looters?
