Foo Fighters Frontman Rickrolls Westboro Baptist Church… HARD [VIDEOS]

Dave Grohl is easily the biggest troll in everyday life. So what does he do when he finds out Westboro Baptist Church is protesting one of his shows? Pulls out the oldest move in the internet troll playbook!

Kansas City wasn't ready for what they were about to see. While Dave and his band were backstage, they found out that WBC was outside, and they knew they needed to do something about it! Renting a pickup truck, they loaded as much sound gear into the back of it, and drove it through the protest blasting Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up."

Essentially... Dave Rickrolled WBC in the middle of their protest.

At his show that night, Grohl explained why he decided to do what he did while in the buildup to him singing "My Hero"

This isn't the first time that WBC has protested a Foo Fighter's show in Kansas City. Back in 2011 they tried it... but the Foo Fighters were expecting it and came out with guns blazing.
