You can't go to the grocery store without noticing it: aisles and aisles of Halloween candy. You think to yourself, "I'd better buy some now, before it is all picked over," but you know what will happen.

If you get your Halloween candy too early, you're going to eat it all. It's okay, we all do it, but before you stock up, one, two, or even three times this spooky season, you might want to make sure you're getting North Dakota's favorite Halloween candy pick for 2025.

USA Today posted a study that was conducted by Instacart, revealing each state's favorite Halloween candy this year.

The source found that the number one pick for Halloween candy in the United States is, you guessed it, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. You really can't go wrong with those.

What about North Dakota?

The number one pick for North Dakotans is M&M's. This seems like a pretty reasonable choice.

Looking through some of the other states, I noticed a few oddball picks. I'm not sure who hurt you, Rhode Island, but how, and why in the world would you pick LifeSavers as your favorite Halloween candy?

And don't even get me started on Alaska. Hi Chews for Halloween?! That's just wrong.
