Homeless Still on the Rise in ND

The number of homeless people is soaring as job seekers flock to North Dakota to take advantage of the so-called oil boom, the director of an advocacy group says."The vast majority were in their cars, some were in tents, under bridges, grain bins, haystacks, even culverts," said Michael Carbone, executive director of the North Dakota Coalition for Homeless People.
