All clear! Justin Bieber has had a rough 2013, enduring several run-ins with the law and neighbors as part of his recreational, offstage activity. The most famous incidents were the spitting and reckless driving situations. But both cases have been dismissed, and he can move on.

The L.A. County District Attorney rejected the case where a neighbor accused the singer of spitting on him and the case wear he allegedly drove a Ferrari like a maniac in his residential neighborhood in Calabasas, Calif., according to TMZ.

Bullets = dodged for The Biebs!

But that's not all. Word is that the neighbor who said the teen spit on him actually saved the saliva. Gross!

Even so, that wasn't enough to get the prosecution to push forward with a case. Since it was a case of "he said, he said," it was ultimately tossed. But can you imagine how many Beliebers would want to get their hands on that DNA? We bet the incensed neighbor could sell the spit to the highest Belieber, er, bidder.

That neighbor also said that the singer threatened to kill him. The D.A. felt that that while The Biebs was behaving like a brat, "the neighbor had entered the property without invitation and Bieber's actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat."

The driving crazy case was thrown out because there was video proving that the singer was not operating the car. Bieber was not even inside the Ferrari at the time of the incident. He was doing something more fun -- riding on a motorcycle behind the car. Plus, rapper Tyler, the Creator even came forward and claimed that it was he who drove the car That was enough to close this chapter.
