Add actor and Minot native Josh Duhamel to the long list of people that think the Los Angeles Rams should use the first overall pick in this year's NFL Draft on North Dakota State quarterback Carson Wentz.

In a tweet posted earlier today, Duhamel responded to FS1 host Colin Cowherd's claim that the Rams were leaning towards drafting Cal quarterback Jared Goff:

Last week, the Rams traded up to get the first overall pick, which almost certainly means they'll select a quarterback.

Goff has been a contender for the first overall pick for quite some time, but Wentz's showing at the NFL Combine and his official Pro Day at NDSU have a lot of analysts putting him ahead of Goff on their 'big boards.'

One of the major factors, though, that may lead the Rams to take Goff over Wentz is the former Cal quarterback's connection to 'The Golden State.' Not only did Goff play college football in California, but he was also born and grew up there.

If the Rams want to build a fanbase in Los Angeles, Goff might just be the way to go with the first overall pick.

The NFL Draft will take place April 28th, 29th, and 30th in Chicago, IL.
