The news station says, "More than 600 acres of land in northwest Bismarck is being transformed into one of the biggest housing and business developments in the area."  What can we expect to see with the upcoming transformation?

KFYR-TV's report says the Elk Ridge housing development will soon be breaking ground. The end result will have 34  single-family lots and a 5.4 acre park, spanning 670 acres, according to KFYR-TV. The news site also says that lots are currently available for presale and builders will be ready to start by July.

All that sounds cool, but that's just the beginning of the new stuff coming to northwest Bismarck. KFYR-TV is reporting that there are plans for late summer to add on to the development.
