New Owner Takes Over Oscars Bar In Bismarck

According to a post on the Thomas & Moriarty's Facebook page, the owners of its sister bar, Oscar's has been sold.

As of March 1st we do not own Oscar's.

The post went on to explain that another well-known business owner has purchased the cocktail bar. Darrell from one of Bismarck's favorite BBQ spots is the new owner.

It was a mutual decision and a good opportunity and we’re happy to focus on T&Ms and make it even better than it was before.

You're probably wondering if Oscar's will still be called Oscar's or if it will change entirely. We don't know for sure if the name will stay the same, but in the post the former owners did explain that to some extent it will still be a cocktail bar/serve cocktails.

We are happy to see he is continuing the tradition of craft cocktails down there. Hats off to him as craft cocktails are not an easy program; fresh juicing, making syrups, ice program, bitters, shrubs, it's a lot of work!

The post also said that all questions about Oscar's need to go to Firepit and Darrell.
